My first Napa Farmer’s Market was this last Saturday and I had the best time!  Though sales weren’t particularly high, I met some really great people, from my neighbor vendors to all the people that stopped in at my booth.  The weather was gorgeous – cool in the shade and the perfect temperature in the sun with a slight breeze.  The turnout was really great for the first weekend of the market – I hope that’s a sign that we’ll have a busy season!  I saw a few familiar faces and hope to see more in the coming weeks.

Along with more matted prints and some framed prints this year, I’ll also have the Botanical Impressions and Spring Whispers collections.  Both collections will be available as matted prints and as greeting cards.  These collections aren’t completely added to my online shop yet, so you’ll have to visit my booth to see what I’ve got!  As always, my Polaroid transfer collections were popular and prompted some great conversations about how I made them.  These are images you must see in person to truly get the full effect!

This next Saturday (May 14th) I’ll be at the Second Annual May Artisan Fair in Vacaville, CA.  This is bound to be a great event!  With artists and craftspeople bringing everything from photography, painting and pottery to jewelry, fiber arts and more, it’ll be like going to an open air gallery.  (I’ll have to get my booth set up early so I can visit the other vendors before it starts!)  There will be some wonderful food vendors and this year we’ll also have some great entertainment to look forward to.

If you’re in the area I’d love it if you’d stop by and say hello.  Here are the details:

  • When: Saturday May 14th, 10am-5pm
  • Where: In the SonRise Plaza just off the I-80 at 620 Orange Drive in Vacaville, CA
  • Booth #9

If you have any questions please leave me a note in the comments.

See you at the fair!
